Room-2 night stay in suite for 6 people. Had to ask multiple times for linens,towels, pillow and cups for 6. 1 set of sheets were dirty. Room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, so had to ask for clean towels again and they didn't take the dirty ones. No lotion, 1 tiny soap at sink. Tub so slippery had to put a towel in the tub-even the kids complained. Desk staff was nice.

I checked in around 11:00 PM after a long day of travel with my family and luggage. Unfortunately, we couldn’t access our room on the 4th floor because the electronic door lock had a dead battery. The front desk staff informed us of the issue, but we had to wait while a technician was called to replace the batteries. This meant my family (including young children, if applicable) had to haul all our bags back down to the lobby, wait there, and then go back up to the room door to stand and wait again until the fix was completed. It was frustrating and exhausting, especially arriving so late. I understand technical issues can happen, but if standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, the room—including its electronic lock—should be fully prepared and operational well before guests arrive, particularly for late check-ins. This basic maintenance oversight turned what should have been a smooth arrival into a stressful ordeal. The rest of the stay was average was otherwise comfortable, with clean rooms and friendly staff”] / [or keep neutral: “was average”], but this check-in experience left a poor first impression and made me question the hotel’s preparation for guests. I hope the hotel improves its procedures for battery checks on electronic locks to prevent this for future visitors.

Room was very clean and nice size. I didnt like the shuttle service to the Disney and Universal parks. They have very limited times, so we took an Uber everyday. The breakfast was just ok. The sausage was always very dried out but the waffles were very good

Clean room and great location! The only complaint I have is not being made aware of changes to the park shuttle schedule. It was an unusually low temp of 30 degrees outside when my children and I waited for the shuttle outside the hotel (which was directed by the front desk staff). It was only after we walked back in to double check with a second personnel that we were told the schedule had been changed.
