"We stayed for a cheer competition. When the AC turns on it smelled like old cigarette smoke. We don't smoke. And the floor was never swept up before we go there. I have to say the staff is very friendly and security around the clock. Downer was the pool closed at 6pm. So we didn't get to enjoy that. From cheerleading competitions and get back after 6pm. It was a bummer. We are still waiting on our deposit. They said it would take 3 business days and it's been a whole week since we checked out."

"This property is very clean with a beautiful lobby! Check-in and check-out are both really fast. The bed in my room was very comfortable and the room was spotless clean with cable TV. The staff members are amazing and extremely helpful. The cabanas outside are a nice touch and the pool is a few steps away. Just a quick rideshare away to eat at nice restaurants. Definitely coming back! If you love to walk, there are shopping plazas within a short distance."

"We’ve stayed at the Galleria Palms a couple of times now and would definitely stay again. It’s a very convenient location. The hotel and rooms are quite basic, but not lacking at all. They have absolutely everything you’d need, and are spacious, comfortable and clean. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe and has lots of shops, restaurants and fast food options at its doorstep. The free breakfast is a genuinely fantastic bonus, as eating out every day in Florida becomes ridiculously expensive. The breakfast area is always quite busy, but there’s plenty variety of hot food, continental foods, cereals, juices and coffees. The hotel also offers free parking which is a huge bonus too. There’s always plenty spaces. Theres a free shuttle bus to and back from the parks as well, though we didn’t personally use them. The best thing about the hotel is by far the staff! They are just absolutely brilliant. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful, chatty and welcoming. The house keeping staff were friendly, fast and efficient too. I especially want to give a shout out and big thanks to Roslyn at reception, who is particularly excellent. She’s absolutely fantastic at her job, and a joy to talk to."

"This vacation rental stay was nothing short of amazing!!! Why you see is what you get!!! It was everything! Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Effortless, welcoming and amazing staff, loved the entry security measures!! I definitely would book whenever I’m in Kissimmee. It met expectations! Loved the amenities per building lot and the other amenities like the bbq and spas that were available and open to all guest! Didn’t have to leave unless you wanted to shop!"

"The pools, golf, and other amenities are what make this property. But just know that of the 2,500 rooms on property 98% of them are timeshares and they are going to beg and beg and beg you to do a “free property tour” and entice you with things like a “free 7 day vacation” or a “$200 gift card” to sit through a presentation where they beg and beg and beg you to join Holiday Inn Club Vacations timeshares. Very pushy and mean if you decline. Also our room was overall nice for what we needed but it smelled really musty or mildewy which was a bummer. The pool areas are great and my husband loved the 9 hole lighted night golf course. Not sure if we will be back though."
