"Rooms outside the tower could use some updating. Luckily the staff and amenities keep me coming back every time want to stay at disney springs. The walk over to disney springs is about 14 minutes. Nice walkway with an overpass direct to disney springs. "

"This was our first true vacation in over 18 years and The Walt Disney Swan Reserve made every second feel special. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property. The architecture is stunning, the lobby is elegant and welcoming, and our room was modern, comfortable, and offered stunning views that allowed us to watch the nightly fireworks at EPCOT. It added such a unique and intimate touch to each evening, something we won’t forget. And the food was incredible. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed it so much that we canceled other dinner reservations just to come back and order room service (it was that good). If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and truly memorable Disney resort experience, the Swan Reserve is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!"

"Great hotel in a perfect location within walking distance of Disney Springs. Spacious rooms with good facilities including fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker. Rooms are clean and tidy. It is a Disney partner hotel so you can get early entry to the Disney parks along with free bus transport. The free breakfast is plentiful and varied. There is less choice of food at the 5.30 kick back but with the free drinks and popcorn too it’s an amazing bonus! We’ll be staying again! "
