"The pools and amenities were a lot of fun but our room had seen better days. The blackout shades wouldn’t work and the standard tub system seemed to be broken."

"After coming here for the last couple of years, I’m sad to say this will probably be our last time. This was the most unhelpful the staff had ever been. I couldn’t get any replies to the text. The front desk gave me wrong information on several occasion. But the security staff was top notch! There was just something different even our beds were more worn down. There were some stains in the bunkbeds, it just seems to be going down which is disappointing because this was the first solo trip I took after losing my husband so we’ve made some memories here over the last four years. It is fun and there’s definitely something for everyone to do if you can overlook everything else."

"The room was clean and had a sink, refrigerator, microwave and dishes/utensils. The staff was friendly. There was a pool in each village and had whirlpools. The complex is quite big with lots of things to do. My only complaint was that the used pool towels piled up and it took forever for them to be replenished. Had to resort to using bath towels. "
