"Property was stunning, clean, modern, chic, and the room was incredible. Pro tips: If you call in the evening (I called 14 times between 1015pm and 145am due to my flight being delayed, ensuring I could check in passed their posted 2pm cutoff) they probably won't answer and when questioned about it, they gave me unacceptable excuses (Wi-Fi and busy check in times). Let's be real, with 2 front desk people, check ins after 1030pm cannot be that busy. Also, don't buy anything from their snacks/drinks area at the front desk. 2 cups of ramen and 2 cans of Brisk iced tea was $21. Other than those 2 minor things, the place was 5 stars. Will absolutely stay there again on my next trips to Florida. "
