"It was inexpensive so my expectations weren't high but it was accommodating. Great access with plenty needs within walking distance. I actually stayed in 2 separate rooms on 2 seperate nights. (It was a launch point) The second room seemed fresh as though they have been active updating. I would stay at this hotel again- especially at the price i paid."

"The booking was for four families, and although we couldn’t travel due to a medical reason, the property reservation team handled everything wonderfully and were incredibly supportive. "The room was perfect for what we needed. The common areas were fun and clean and people were very friendly. FYI pillows are a little flat so I’d recommend bringing another one. Also the rules were very upfront but it was surprising to see how dirty the floors were when we were told to not wear shoes and some areas of the room could have used a dusting. We did have a light that was broken but they were very responsive and helpful throughout this experience. Would stay again. "

"The entire house was nice but what I didn’t like is that it didn’t say anything about a shared bathroom only says shared kitchen. The only thing private you have is the room. The parking is not reserved as they say, it’s a first come first serve basis and on the weekends when it’s busy your guaranteed to have no choice but to wait til midnight when they start to tow cars that didn’t have permits. We actually had a long trip and came back at 9:30pm but had to sit outside and wait til midnight. When I called them about parking all I pretty much got was the run around and finally for him to pretty much say oh well figure it out on your own. Can’t say it’s guaranteed parking if it’s really not. I didn’t like that communication was not up to par, after checking in and driving to the house, I got an email that they changed our room which I was ok with but what I wasn’t ok with was the amount of time it took for them to send me the right code to the room. I got about 4 different codes that did not work and was told to call support. The people we shared the space with were loud and dirty. They left garbage all over the floor and they pissed all over the toilet and floors, also left dirty sanitary napkins on top of the toilet until I brought it to their attention. We barely were in the house but I would’ve liked to have had a heads up that nothing is private besides the room. If it would’ve had a private bathroom I wouldn’t have mind staying there but it was a bit uncomfortable"
