"The Resort Villa is outdated could use some upgrades. The WaterPark is not included in your stay you have to pay extra. It could have been a little bit cleaner. There was plenty of activities and things to do for the kids."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and one of the updated rooms on the property. Pools were clean with good loungers. Unfortunately on our last night at the property we discovered a large American cockroach about 2” long. We caught and killed it but it certainly dampened our stay.. no signs of pest issues at the property."

"Our stay at this property completely exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly family-friendly and truly had everything we needed—and more. The inclusion of three water parks with our stay was such an amazing bonus and kept everyone entertained. We also really appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo, which made traveling with kids so much easier. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Booked expecting a ChampionsGate location, but after booking was given an address in a completely different area. I tried to cancel, they wouldn’t let me, moved forward anyway. That turned out to be a mistake. The home had a strong odor, visible mold (including in the pool area), and very dirty, unsanitary carpet. It was not as described at all. We had to leave immediately and did not stay. Management was completely unresponsive! I called multiple times and sent photos/messages on WhatsApp that were read but ignored. The only help we received was from Expedia. Thanks to management not responding and declining any kind of help at all, we booked another place. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Very disappointing experience overall."
