I’ll be a costumer on Expedia for too many years and this is the fist time the hotel charges $250!the security deposit, room window too much outside light, to hard to go to sleep, plumbing drain to noise. Hotel was clean and convenient location.

The manager was very helpful and caring with us! The staff in general excellent as well as the free bicycles and free chairs at the beach. The location is also excellent! Nevertheless the room’s bathroom were in poor conditions and the beds felt old and uncomfortable. We are sad about it because we like a lot this hotel and have stayed several times and had never seen this 5 five star hotel in such conditions.

You have to pay to park your car each day which I wasn’t aware until getting to the hotel.

Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. Didn’t use parking because I traveled out of town and took uber from airport but there are really nice parking garages every other street it seems. Great hotel for solo women travelers or girlfriends trips. I was in town for Dolce and Gabanna exhibit at ICA and it was like 5 minutes away from hotel. Extremely perfect location. I will surely be back with more girlfriends looking for a great , safe place to stay . Great restaurants on the premises as well. Take advantage of happy hour bites and drinks, very good. Great lady restaurant attendants that take your picture without looking annoyed :) they took some of my girlfriend and I best traveling picture. Keep up the good work everyone. Breakfast was good. I would rather not have the resort fee and eat somewhere else. the pool ok. no bar. good shade if you want.
