"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. The location is also perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting.
