The hotel does not have a reception, so if any issues come up during your stay, there is no one to help you deal with it. The air conditioning unit in my room stopped working the second evening I was there. No one was available to fix it or offer a solution such as a fan, so I had a very hot, terrible night of sleep. There is an after-hours number but the person who answers the call is off-site so is unable to help. The next day they assured me the issue had been fixed, but the following night the AC again was not working, giving me another hot night. Finally on the last night it began working again. Do not recommend. They did offer a 15% discount but it wasn't worth two nights of bad sleep in a very hot room.

Great breakfast, fresh fruits, rolls and bread, nice selection of mains. Superior staff. Hotel car provided local transfers. 20 min walk old town. Would stay again. Of course, a Nobu restaurant w/ terrace views. Lovely.

Everything about Villa Soro was exceptional. From the spacious room with a private garden, to the beautiful lounge areas and garden, the wonderful breakfasts and lovely staff. It was a haven to retreat to in the heat of the afternoon. We also enjoyed using the hotel bikes for transporting us all around San SebastiƔn. A truly wonderful stay.

Beautiful villa a short bus ride / 20 mins walk from town in a quiet area. The villa is very nicely decorated and the owner is very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. Very nice and healthy breakfast and excellent staff for a fantastic stay in San SebastiƔn!
