"The hotel is an apartment with no normal convinces. Very utilitarian and not comfortable. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. The pool maybe the highlight but I was not looking forward to a pool vacation. The receptionist was a delight but could not overcome the run down facility. "

"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "Great hotel. Perfect location. Amazing views of the Mediterranean. The staff is very friendly. Very walkable to old nice and the beach is across the street. My only recommendation would be to change the carpet in the hallways. Otherwise, beautiful hotel. We will stay here again. "

"This is a great hotel for the following reasons:- A) An easy walk to the beach and promenade. B) An easy walk to the train station if you wish to visit Monaco for the day C) not too far from the airport, around €25: 30 fares if by Uber. It may cost more by taxis D) An easy walk to the main shopping district E) the surrounded areas has many bars, cafes and restaurants D) it is a short walk to 2 museums. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Incidentally, this is our second stay in Nice and the hotel. L& M"

"Loved this hotel and the location is perfect. The best part is the rooftop bar and restaurant. We ate there every night because of the view and the food was delicious. The pool is not very big and it closes at 6pm which was a little disappointing. Also, there are very few chairs at the pool, but we didn't spend much time there. Nice is stunning."
