Check in was easy and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was also good. There was a couple downsides to our stay. The AC had a musty smell so we didnt keep it on. It was cooler out so it ended up being fine for our stay. However the noise situation was a bit much. You can hear every little thing. I know it’s a shared space so it wont be completely quiet but this was a lot. Anyone walking through the hallway sounded like an elephant. The walls were super thin and you could hear anytime someone by is flushed their toilet. The window was also extremely thin and noisy. The hotel itself was nice but we would not book again as the sleep was horrendous due to these issues.

This is my 2nd visit to this Fairfield Inn Cullman, AL. Once for a wedding and this time for a volleyball tournament. I love the location, the cleanliness, the breakfast and the front desk staff! Thank you for another enjoyable stay!

The room, actually the hotel, was immaculate. After a long day of driving, the ease of checking in, and getting to room was smooth. Again, room was immaculate and well appointed. Coffee, towels, etc. the young woman at check in desk was friendly, efficient, and helpful in suggesting nearby restaurant.

This new property is spacious, great location, good breakfast with many choices, and comfortable rooms, beds. One problem with my reservation...I selected a room that "sleeps 5" on the website for our family of 5 (3 preteens, 1 teen). At checkin the gentleman told us it was a room with only 2 beds!! No pull.out, no couch. Luckily he had a cot and did not chg me. But buyer beware!!

I was a bit disappointed to find the pool near empty and pool deck unusable, since we were up there on a hot spring weekend - but maybe it is a seasonal outdoor pool. Everything else was absolutely excellent - fantastic, spanking-clean, well-appointed rooms, great common areas in teh lobby, delicious breakfast. Thank you!

The front end staff was awesome, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly hello before I even got to the desk. Hotel was bright and clean, breakfast had lots of options, nice well lit parking. A pleasant stay.

The male staff at check in and when ai needed to buy a snack weren’t friendly at all. Prior to my arrival, I had a change that I wanted to make and the front desk person that helped (a female) was extremely Accommodating and pleasant. The beds were a bit on the hard side and unfortunately I could hear every sound from the room above which left me with little to no sleep :(

While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING - and not just people walking in hallways. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you including people using their restrooms. The lack of sound reduction is like nothing I have experienced in other hotel stays. I would not stay here again, I would just keep driving.
