Unexpected gem well worth the price.

My girlfriend and I needed getaway from the stress of home to talk about serious things. Our one night at this beautiful home felt like we were in a peaceful safe Haven. Stephen's attention to detail is quite rare and special. I promise you will not be disappointed. We went into the quaint town and ordered take out Thai and chowed down in our sweet haven. If you want a very clean and comfortable place to relax and feell at home in, I highly recommend West Park Gardens. World of difference from a typical germs hotel.

Charming B&B

My girlfriend and I stayed in the master suite over a weekend trip to Culpeper. Check in was easy-- Stephen had sent instructions just prior to our arrival. The house is gorgeous and immaculately clean, and we met other friendly guests who were staying there. The suite was large and comfortable, with all the amenities needed to feel at home. Snacks, coffee, and tea were available any time of the day. The house took care of any cleaning from our meals, which was really nice. We did not meet Stephen, but the friendly notes he left with instructions for our stay were a charming touch. We would definitely love to return to West Park Gardens and Culpeper!

Lovely Property

Lovely property, nice breakfast, clean and all in good condition. I found the stay a little awkward in that we entered an open front door, texted the host as instructed and received no response - it felt a little ‘Home Alone’ ish. I recommend for couples, for a real get away and for the pretty Victorian style decor. Thank you to Stephen the Proprietor.

Place is super cute. Great value, Wine at night was left out, frig was stocked. B & B owner was very hands off and very responsive to txt messaging.

Home away from home

We had one night here in this adorable town! We brought my small dog too! The backyard was fun for her to run around. Our room was incredibly spacious, the food delicious, and the home was very welcoming. I highly recommend!
