Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. "Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon. I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event. I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10....

"Our stay at Alejandro’s cabin was unforgettable. The place is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, and very clean and cozy. Alejandro is a kind and genuine host who made us feel like family. He even played a traditional Mapuche instrument (Trutruka) when we left — a moment we’ll never forget. Highly recommend this unique experience in southern Chile! "
