" For starters, be aware that the driveway entrance is little tricky to find, especially at night.The hotel itself is nicely landscaped and the rooms are clean & cute. The front desk lady at night was really sweet. The problem occurred when, before a day of in person meetings, at 5:30am, I discovered that my shower did not work at all. I texted & got a polite response, then I mentioned it to 2 staff members at the front desk. Nothing happened. I ended up going to my meetings without a needed shower. When I returned in the late afternoon, the shower was still not working. At all. The gentleman at the front desk was polite & kind, but did not suggest moving me to another room or offer to have an engineer fix the problem. I checked out early & went to another hotel. I was out 2 days unused room days because I’d booked through Expedia. The hotel is cute & comfortable, if you don’t need to shower, go for it."
