Breakfast was good and the waitresses were very polite. But!! If you want to relax, do not come here! There are armies of a very vocal retailers and screaming children everywhere! Though the property we booked at Expedia was not what we expected as the description was unclear and Four adults could not stay in the bungalow suite the property gave us another room at no expense Their goal is to make you happy with your stay

Borgo degli Olivi
Property was clean but staff was limited in their ability ro understand english. A/C did not work and beds where all singles. Overall, i would stay here in a pinch but it would not be my first choice.

Resort Riva degli Etruschi
Limited eating options (especially at breakfast). Some staff were a bit sharp. On the plus side the beach was excellent and very close to the property
