This is a very comfortable hotel to stay in. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed The heated pool was a definite plus. The location was central and convenient. I would happily recommend to a friend.

Lovely hotel in a neat city

We liked the hotel chain so much, we booked it again in another city on our trip. The restaurant was great (both for the breakfast buffet and also for dinner). The food portions were large and a good value for the price. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the parking was safe and easy. The staff was kind and able to deal with our poor Spanish!

Spectacular except the pillows

Spotless property, good restaurant, nice, small gym, and pool facility. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with the exception of the pillows which were very overstuffed and uncomfortable.

It was a pleasant, comfortable place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Minor complaint, I would wish they would dim the restaurant lights for dinner. They were really too bright: reminded me of other places in the world where they like to indicate that it is time for you to leave.

Deeply disappointing. The hotel is okay. I forgot something on my room and messaged the hotel about 45 later via the Expedia app. The hotel did NOT respond. When I had access to a phone, I called. They said nothing was found. But they didn’t check when first advised. That’s unacceptable

Es un buen hotel para la poca oferta que hay en Curicó. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio subterráneo. Está en un buen sector de la ciudad y se puede salir a caminar por una de las avenidas principales que tiene bastantes árboles y pasto. Cumple con las expectativas.
