Atenção Necessária

Ar condicionado muito barulhento e com dificuldade para gelar o quarto, provavelmente necessita de manutenção. Porta externa do quarto estava torta, necessitando empurrar com força para fechar. Cheiro ruim no hall do elevador do quarto andar, solicitado a verificação no lixeira, etc. prometeram verificar e até a data da saída não verificaram, mantendo a lixeira cheia e sem providência alguma. Estacionamento meio distante, quadra de trás necessitando caminhar um tempo até chegar no local, o que em dia de chuva torna-se um desconforto.

Bom hotel porém com detalhes.

Bom hotel porém academia mal cuidada devido a uso inadequado dos hóspedes. Café da manhã excelente com pessoal se esforçando para repor os ingredientes. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Banheiro apertado porém limpo. A garagem fica longe, ao lado tem Estapar porém custo elevado quando há vaga, e a região merece atenção quanto a segurança.

Avaliação honesta.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, o café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários bem atenciosos. Mas no quarto em que fiquei a TV era antiga, o box do banheiro era muito apertado e o elevador muito incerto no funcionamento. O estacionamento não era no hotel, funcionava 24h, mas fica um pouco longe e tem que deixar a chave.
