Excelente estadia!

O Hotel é ótimo, café da manhã muito bem servido, mas tivemos o infortúnio de chegar a noite, no check-in, e o quarto não estava limpo e arrumado. Claro que logo providenciaram outro quarto e tudo se resolveu. Limpeza impecável e super bem localizado. com certeza eu voltaria lá!

A recepção foi muito boa, o recepcionista muito simpático deu várias dicas de passeios e programas para fazer em Curitiba. O quarto era espaçoso e estava bem limpo. Cama ótima e travesseiro muito alto. Ficamos no 13° andar e o barulho de máquinas era altíssimo durante todo o dia, inclusive durante a madrugada, o que tornou a experiência decepcionante. O piso do box está com a inclinação errada, a água não vai para o ralo, acaba criando uma grande poça dentro do box. O café da manhã é bom, porém o espaço de circulação entre as mesas é muito reduzido. Senti falta de cofre e cafeteira no quarto.

Pesquisei um hotel para passar a noite e precisava de garagem e a opção foi por um que tivesse restaurante, escolhemos esse hotel, chegando lá o atendente disse que ia ver se conseguia uma garagem e que não tinha restaurante no hotel, frustrante. Nos deram um quarto no 14 andar, quando chegamos lá, estava sem lençol na cama e com um cobertor jogado em um cadeira, descemos a recepção, o atendente disse que ia ver se realmente não tinha condições de usar o quarto, sério ?!?!? Com certeza não vai ser uma opção para uma próxima visita a Curitiba. Ah, e não tinha copos no quarto, mas estávamos tão estressados que resolvemos nem reclamar.
