Limpeza a desejar

O quarto estava incrivelmente sujo, certamente a pior experiência que eu ja tive em um hotel. Tufos de poeira se acumulavam sob a escrivaninha e a cama. A cabeceira estofada acumulava muita poeira e os dutos de ventilação do banheiro possuía acúmulos de poeira. A runite ataca e os olhos ardem ao entrar no quarto.

Hotel muito bonito, estilo antigo, muito confortável, bom café da manhã apesar de não ter nada de diferente de tantos outros, muito bem localizado, bem central com um comércio farto na volta, me senti bem seguro, no geral foi uma boa experiência.

Hotel na área central de Curitiba, o que me deixou um pouco apreensiva. Mas o serviço de valet funcionou muito bem, me senti segura ao estacionar em frente ao hotel e deixar o carro para ser guardado no estacionamento conveniado. O único porém é que o café da manhã inicia às sete e eu precisava sair justamente nesse horário. Então a refeição sempre foi muito corrida.

Excelente localização em relação à mobilidade,no entanto por se tratar de uma área bem central a rua é bem escura durante a noite ,arredores com inúmeros moradores de rua e usuários de crack o que impossibilitou explorar a área à pé durante esse período A atendente Fabiane foi excelente e resolveu um problema que tivemos com o quarto em poucos minutos Recomendo ficar nos quartos sem carpete

Hotel antigo

O hotel é antigo, mas está bem localizado. Fomos andando a vários pontos turisticos. Como estávamos de carro, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para encontrar o hotel. Os atendentes foram muito atenciosos. O café da manhã era bom. O local do café é um pouco apertado para várias pessoas se servirem ao mesmo tempo. Quanto ao quarto: amplo e limpo; os lençóis estavam bem gastos; dentro do armário havia uma coluna que de tempos em tempos emitia um som semelhante ao de um motor, atrapalhando bem o sono; o ar condicionado fica em cima da cabeceira da cama.

Café da manhã bem ruim, condições do quarto péssimas. Teia de aranha, poeira nas paredes do quarto. O vaso sanitário com a tampa quebrada Talheres sujos no café. Se a pessoa está buscando apenas um lugar para dormir bem Localizado e não se importa com a limpeza talvez valha a pena .

Os pontos fortes do hotel são: a cama extremamente confortável e o chuveiro com água BEM quente! A equipe de recepção é muito solícita, cordial e gentil. Já a estrutura do hotel é um pouco mais antiga, então os elevadores demoram, a TV é pequena com canais ruins e imagem ruim, e a voltagem de 110V nas tomadas, sem chance de funcionar um secador de cabelo (nem o do Hotel funcionava). O café da manhã deixa a desejar na variedade de opções (algumas coisas estavam frias também, pois não havia refratários com aquecimento).

O hotel é 3 estrelas OK., porém a recepção é tenebrosa, uma única pessoa pra atender ramal, fazer check-in, liberar chaves, chamar o carro no estacionamento, fazer check-out. Na sexta-feira no check-out fiquei mais de 1 hora aguardando, e ainda sai do hotel sem a NF impressa em mãos.
