⭐ Avaliação do hotel 📍 Localização — 10/10 Excelente! Próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e com parada do ônibus turístico em frente. 🏘️ Vizinhança — 4/10 Muitos moradores de rua, o que passa uma sensação de insegurança à noite. Apesar disso, não impediu de aproveitar a cidade. ☕ Café da manhã — 8/10 Simples e com poucas opções, mas tudo de boa qualidade. 🔊 Barulho — 4/10 As portas fazem muito barulho e alguns hóspedes não respeitam o horário de silêncio, prejudicando o descanso. 🧹 Limpeza — 9/10 Apesar de ser um hotel antigo e precisar de manutenção, a limpeza é excelente. As camareiras estão de parabéns! 🛏️ Conservação — 3/10 O hotel precisa de uma renovação. No meu quarto, havia molas do colchão saindo para fora e cheguei a me machucar algumas vezes. 📶 Wi-Fi — 3/10 Muito ruim e instável, dificultando bastante o uso da internet. 💬 Comentários gerais O que mais incomodou foi a demora no check-in e a obrigatoriedade de deixar a chave na recepção sempre que saíamos. Muitas vezes voltávamos cansados dos passeios e precisávamos esperar bastante para pegar a chave novamente. No geral, a localização e a limpeza são os grandes pontos positivos, mas o hotel precisa melhorar bastante em conservação, conforto e atendimento.

Hotel muito bom, ótima localização, fica do lado do Shopping Itália (onde tem lugares bons e baratos pra almoçar), e também a alguns passos da XV de Novembro, perto de várias localidades, amei a área em que está localizado o hotel.

Segunda vez que me hospedei neste hotel. O café da manhã é bem servido. porém depois de certa hora não fazem mais reposição. O quarto muito bem limpo. Achei um absurdo cobrarem 35 reais pelo estacionamento e não ter esta informação no ato da reserva.
