The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is quite dated and the rooms could do with a deeper clean. We weren’t sure how secure the building was as the front entrance and car park entrance doors were open late at night and so anyone could wonder in off the street.

Hotel bom, mas precisa de atenção.

Já me hospedei anteriormente no hotel, para uma ou duas noites é bom. O preço é OK. O hotel está precisando de uma repintura, e alguns quartos de manutenção e atenção na limpeza feita após a saída de outros hóspedes. Fiquei duas vezes no quarto 226 com intervalo de 20 dias, o ar falta o botão para regulagem de temperatura (usei meu chaveiro como gambiarra para regular). O banheiro na primeira vez tinha cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores, e sabonetes usados na janela. Desta vez 15/09, tivemos uma situação desagradável em que outro hóspede, do quarto vizinho, de alguma forma conseguiu abrir a nossa porta usando sua chave. Por mais que não havíamos girado a trava, a porta estava fechada e o cartão magnético dele destravou a porta. Então sempre que entrarem, gire a trava da porta. Obs: o atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, todos atenciosos.

É um hotel que só vai quem quer economizar. Todos os hotéis do centro ficam em área perigosa e por isso dificultam a estadia. A limpeza, colchões, toalha e roupas de cama deixam a desejar e muito. Só retorno ao hotel se não houver outra opção.

Não gostei porquê além de ser muito antigo não tem conservação. Cobertores muito velhos que nem deu coragem de cobrir com eles,freezer vazando água, enfim preferi ir para outro hotel pagar mais, mas com muito mais conforto. Me arrependi muito pela escolha. Me ofereceram trocar de quarto mas nem quis me arriscar novamente.

Péssimo, lugar extremamente sujo, principalmente o banheiro. Uma das toalhas de banho que deixaram para nós tinha uma mancha marrom enorme, acreditamos que seja fezes mesmo e que foi mal lavada. Ainda bem que levamos nossas próprias toalhas de banho. Tivemos que fazer uma faxina pra poder usar o quarto, o frigobar estava imundo e a mesa de cabeceira acho que nunca tiraram o pó. O café da manhã é ok, mas os pratos e xícaras estavam bem mal lavados, percebemos que outros hóspedes também estavam escolhendo as louças menos sujas. Solicitamos mais papel higiênico na recepção, disseram que iam levar no quarto e nunca chegou. O ar quente não estava funcionando na segunda noite que ficamos. A fechadura estava com problemas, ficamos trancados do lado de fora do quarto até um funcionário abrir para nós, mas mesmo depois de "arrumado" tínhamos que colocar e retirar o cartão várias vezes pra que ela abrisse. Não nos importamos em se hospedar em um hotel simples e antigo, desde que seja limpo. E mesmo sendo um dos mais custo-benefício achamos que saiu bem caro pelo que nos foi entregue. Nunca mais nos hospedaremos nessa rede de hotéis.

O hotel fica em frente ao Mercado Municipal, ponto turístico de relevância na cidade. O que precisa ser melhorado seria acerca da estrutura do quarto, a lâmpada do banheiro não desligava, somente quando tirávamos o cartão. Além disso, haviam poucas tomadas dentro da suíte, e nenhuma delas estava próxima a cama. Uma das lâmpadas próxima a cama não funcionava. Fora isso eu achei muito bom! Café da manhã muito bom e farto, atendentes solícitos, camareiras show. Custo benefício valeu.

Razoável, pelo custo benefício. Mas o maior inconveniente no nosso caso, foi que fiz reserva em um hotel da rede e ao chegar depois de horas de viagem, fomos transferido para outro hotel. E o atendimento foi bem insatisfatório nesse momento para ajudar. O café da manhã estava bom, e as meninas da cozinha e que retiravam as louças foram muito atenciosas.

PIOR HOTEL E PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA.

Foi a pior experiência em hotel que já tive, para a água do chuveiro ficar morna tinha que ficar 50 minutos com o chuveiro aberto. Quarto não era limpo nenhum dia, roupa de cama suja quando trocaram. Atendimento do pessoal da recepção péssima, apenas a Kaune nos atendeu bem. Foi tão horrível que viemos embora dois dias antes do previsto. Nunca mais volto em nenhuma rede ou irei recomendar a ninguém. Piro hotel de todos.
Não retiraram o lixo. O chão não foi limpo e sabemos que não foi pois estava imundo e nós acabamos a nossa contenção debaixo da cama após um dia todo fora do hotel.
