Não faça o checkin antecipado!

A principal falha foi no checkin. O sistema é péssimo! Fiz o checkin antecipado e atualizei todos os meus dados e dos acompanhantes, mas ao chegar no Hotel estava tudo completamente errado. O atendente refez todo o cadastro e aí ficou tudo errado novamente, mas com dados extremamente antigos que não sei de onde surgiram

Se voltar pra curitiba, voltarei pro Slaviero.

Gosto muito do slaviero. Casualmente essa última semana fui uma vez a trabalho e outra com a esposa. Atendimento é talvez o maior diferencial do hotel. Sempre fui muito bem atendimento. Eu só senti falta de uma tv descente no apartamento 1005. Lá a tv tava com problema. Mas nada que estragasse minha estadia. Café sensacional também.
