"I would recommend this hotel as it is placed in the woods, not too far and not too close to downtown. It is quiet and has a great nature around it. Great staff, kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, organised and provide great amenities. The restaurants are great, the workers are respectful and respectable. They are professional in all their operation. The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture.
