"I absolutely loved my stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites!! The room was accommodating for my entire family. Any issues I had were resolved quickly. The entire staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was good. Even if you didn’t like everything there was something to pick. Parking was a breeze as well. I was always able to find a spot on the first floor. I will definitely be staying here again for our next family trip to VA Beach."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place and will definitely return the next time we are in the Norfolk area. For a family of four, it was absolutely perfect. The entire property was wonderful and very clean, smelling fresh from the moment we walked in. Our room on the fifth floor was incredibly quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We also really appreciated the hotel's focus on safety. The parking lot was spacious, safe, and well-lit, and the elevator requires you to scan your room key before going up, which is a great feature for keeping unregistered guests out. The lobby was impressive as well, featuring clean restrooms and a spacious seating area with plenty of couches, tables, and chairs. Breakfast was delicious, and the eating area was kept impeccably clean. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and having plenty of luggage carts available made moving our family's bags incredibly easy. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back."
