"Breakfast was good. My biggest problem is that you find out about renovations after you have paid. There were ants mainly in the restroom and yes we informed the staff. They waited until 10 pm and asked if we wanted to change rooms or they can spray, but would have to leave room for 2 to 3 hours. Why not offer that service while we gone all day long. "

"Crowne Plaza is run down and not very clean. We had to move rooms because the first room we entered was dirty and the 2nd room was not much better. The hotel overall is not kept up. Staff was friendly and quickly gave us a 2nd room without hesitation. "
