"The AirportHotel in Verona was a great location for a one night stay before a flight from the Verona Airport. Staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival and informed us about breakfast hours and the restaurant’s location. Although I usually avoid eating in hotel restaurants, the hotel’s restaurant had surprisingly good food, courteous service and reasonable prices. The only glitch in our stay was the room refrigerator not working properly. Hotel staff responded quickly to our call, but was unable to make it get cold. ☹️ Hotel’s breakfast was excellent and the free shuttle to the airport was a highly appreciated and convenient service. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Apartment was great size with everything you need the beds are comfortable, the only issue I have is that the shop on site doesn't have hardly anything you need or choices and you can not go in you have to order everything online and it can take a while for example when I ordered 2 bags of crisps 6 eggs and some croissants it was available in 2 days time, not good also nats and mosquitos are quite a problem, pools are great "

"Nice ,clean and quit . Every thing is organized. Need more signs for directions inside the resort . Extend time for hot tube and pool area for adults till 9.00p.m "

"Check in was quick but the attendant wasn’t friendly. We were looking for ice and all he had to say was - no ice. My room didn’t have a shower head, lacked a set of robes and slipper which I had made the staff aware. "
