"Rooms in a building on the second stage, whereto you have to take concrete stairs. Access is by codes sent to you. The breakfast is one item to eat and a drink."

"The staff are a credit to this hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The room itself was okay, we had a room with a spa tub and sauna. On the surface this is great, however, it made everything in the room quite damp. The bed wasn’t comfortable and had I realised from the picture that it was a Murphy bed I would have chosen this room. The location is also a little far out, about an hours walk to the main harbour to pick up the ferry to Capri. A nice stay but would look for something closer to the...

"The hotel room was very spacious and clean! The air conditioning and the fridge were especially great considering we visited during the heatwave. The hotel was also near Napoli Centrale and various shops and restaurants, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Would recommend!"

"Once you got inside, the building was clean, but the bathroom smelled like trash, possibly from venting in air from the visibly dirty street outside the building. Staff was helpful when in the building, which was not often. Overall the stay was nice"

"When visiting the Napoli area, we prefer to stay in this tranquil compound in Pozzuoli, near the amphitheater. There are a variety of room styles and the off-street parking is secure.
Grocery stores, bars, restaurants, barbershops ... it's a complete neighborhood.
You can walk to the metropolitana for train service or down to the port for ferries to Procida and Ischia and Capri."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An absolutely fantastic stay. The apartment is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean—easily one of the nicest places we've stayed. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to Domenico, who was incredibly kind and helpful, especially with our luggage. His hospitality really made us feel welcome.
If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be adding a drying rack or clothesline outside for guests...

"The location of this property was great as it is right next to the train station. Instructions to check-in were easy to follow. They also helped us store our luggage overnight. The bed was good and the amenities as well. I would easily stay here again."

"This is a very charming building. The ac worked great. Spacious room. Bed was very firm. Was happy with the bathroom, although some hooks would be nice. Location is excellent can easily walk to restaurants, bars or sites. Breakfast was very nice & a good selection to start your day."
"The location is conviennent in terms of train station but little rougher than other parts of Naples. The hotel itself was clean but the shower leaked crazy amounts no matter what which led to not great showers."
"Reception very helpful.
Nice room on the 5th floor..
Great air con.
Only fault was the breakfast.
Slow at refilling. Never alot left..
Would i stay again?
Definitely yes"
"The room I had was very good although the way to it (V10) was a bit uneven that I fell one time. It was the first time I had a bathroom with a bidet.
I could have used some milk or powdered milk for my coffee/tea.
Unfortunately the location was in the middle of an industrial estate so I had to use an taxi/Uber to get into town (it was very hot)."
"The included breakfast was very good to excellent
The staff was very helpful
Be aware that this hotel is in the Maritime building in the marina and you were surrounded by cruise ships and cruise ship people a plus is it’s five minutes walk to the ferries
It’s about a five minute walk to the street which is very filthy
Our room was in need of minor repair in some places the mini fridge was not properly in it shelf it didn’t fit right so it was like hanging
The shower’s very small so if you’re a large person look out and I’m a small person
There were some pain peeling and ceiling damage in the bathroom by the shower
We paid for a superior room but we didn’t need it I don’t really know what the difference is between a standard room but I probably could’ve saved money
it was also confusing when I booked the room thinking that the mini fridge was complementary but it’s two beverages when you arrive and that’s it one mineral water one sparkling
The little restaurant is good but they need training on how to make a cappuccino
It’s very sad that the best cappuccino I had the entire time I was in Italy was at a McCafé near a big Piazza in Rome
Beware there’s also this weird thing where if motion stops the lights go out so when I left the room to get a cappuccino and my wife was in the shower she was in pitch blackness
The room air-conditioning was the best of the three hotels I stayed at Italy"
