We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and premises. The service was great with really good customer service as the attendants were easy going and nice. The breakfast was really good and everything was made at the time we were at the dining room. The location was perfect as everything was at a walking distance including restaurants, downtown and attractions.

Staff very friendly and caring. Welcomed me with a hot Coca tea and had hot water ready in the morning at 4 am (no breakfast though as too early). Room and bathroom very clean, just that it is quite old already and especially the power sockets could need reviewing. The bed was comfy.

This place is excellent for the price. The staff are great and very helpful, although english is limited. Thats where google translate comes in handy. There is breakfast every morning which consists of eggs, bread, slices of cheese, cold cuts, fruit salad and yogurt with cereal. I liked that I could leave my bags after checkout and pick them up later in the day. The room was clean. I had the room facing the street and could hear cars or dogs barking at night but it didnt stop me from sleeping. Like I said at the beginning, the price is so low that you have to overlook certain things you may expect at a higher priced hotel but all the basics are there. Would stay again

A acomodação é simples, mas mt jeitosa e limpa. Fica a um pouco mais de um km da praça principal, mas tem comércio próximo, inclusive, casas de câmbio. Ajudam nos passeios, dão boas dicas e, também, dispõem de um restaurante anexo. O café-da-manhã é mt bom, com exceção da falta de leite, e da música ambiente q ñ me pareceu mt apropriada. Mas são pequenos detalhes.

El hotel en sí es muy bueno en cuanto a precio/calidad. Queda al lado de la estación, y de lugares que comer. Estaba limpio y no hubo ruido en el lugar. La habitación es amplía y tenía todo lo que se requería. El unico punto negativo es el rechinar de la cama, debido a que tenía una base de madera con espaldar, y cada vez que te movias Hacía ruido.

Todos os atendentes são super prestativos e atenciosos. no próprio hotel tem um restaurante com preços muito bons inclusive no almoço. Não é tão perto da Plaza de Armas mas dá pra ir caminhando de boa. O custo benefício super valeu a pena.

A localização é muito boa, pois fica próximo dos principais pontos turísticos do centro, sem o barulho proveniente das ruas, além de ser próximo da estação de trem Wanchaq. O quarto é limpo e confortável, com todas as comodidades em bom estado de funcionamento. Por fim, a equipe é prestativa e atenciosa.
