The villa is well located. Clean. Great. The staff is greedy and will ask you a milion time if your excursions are booked so they can sell you something. They want to keep your passport which i refused and they kept saying i did not need it during the week. All that to realise that they want to hold to something so If you need to pay something you won't leave without paying. I found them a bit two faces. The place is very cool if you don't mind them. But did not feel welcomed. (As i did not book anything with them)

The photo more than does it justice.
The air con worked. Good shower. Decent size room with balcony. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast. The Western choice was 2 flat fried eggs + a baguette. The Asian alternative came with a salad complete with a live caterpillar. We stayed 4 nights but ate out three days. The toiletries were meagre and came in those sealed flat envelopes which you had to rip open with your teeth. All 4 days empty containers were there on check out. Water was free for 1st day then we were charged for the rest on check out. Moral is you get what you pay for; do not be beguiled by the photo.

Great location being in the centre of Hoi An Old Town. Walls are thin which makes it rather noisy.

Pagoda view with easy walking to the ancient town.
Champa hotel was sweet & charming, family -owed. Breakfast was yummy, but not quite enough. & the room were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was the bed, strong hot shower & toilet spray(not hot). Pink pagoda is right across the street. Easy walking to ancient town.

Family run hotel, very basic. Room is a dusty everywhere, stains on bedding etc. Very poor sound proof n the ladies talk so loud in the early morning. Ok for a short stay

Could Be Brilliant...If You Don't Mind Some Noise
This place is more like a Homestay than a guesthouse so be aware that the ground floor is mostly the hosts home. Not an issue if they advertised it that way. The room was basic but clean, decent storage space and a really good shower. Access to a little balcony and a firm but comfortable bed. However the neighbours and host family are extremely noisy, especially in the morning, which means be prepared to have to wake at 6am. Woken by roosters is one thing; hammering in the building, revving motorbikes and a noisy open kitchen before 6am is another. During my visit the other rooms were mostly empty so some of the family stayed in them. Again, no issue there except one was in the room next to me and were quite noisy most of the night. Thin walls don't help. Breakfast was decent, with a choice and mostly with banh which was always very good (and very freshly baked if you go down early!). However they didn’t seem keen on making the local dishes on the menu as they “didn’t have them” when asked. They have bicycles (all are broken in one way or other) and a neighbouring motorcycle rental (also in dodgy condition but that is pretty standard in Vietnam). I also used their transfer to the airport in what was a lovely car and drive. They did change the price at the last minute however, claiming I had misheard the 4 times I’d confirmed it with them. I’d make sure prices are written down to avoid confusion. The location is good and in theory quiet except for the hosts.

Nice place
Good little hotel. Simple breakfast in the morning, friendly and helpful owner. Short walk into the old town. Restaurants nearby are good if you don't want to go into the crowds.

The hotel is clean and location is good, just 3 minutes walk to Hoi An ancient town. The money paid for this hotel definitely worth it.

乾淨，員工有禮
服務員有禮貎。願意協助租車事宜，跟進亦貼切。地點亦十分便利，十分鐘便可以去到古城周邊。惟其家庭房與三人房一樣，一張雙人床，一張單人床。在訂時hotel.com表示可住4人，但現實是不能的。我們只有在酒店退回差價後，再補回錢立刻租了一間雙人房，才解決了問題

Sehr liebes und vor allem Hilfsbereites Personal, dass auch ein sehr gutes Englisch spricht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bett bequem. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wände sehr dünn bzw hellhörig sind.

空港からの迎えをお願いしましたが飛行機が遅れてしまい心配をしていましたが、ちゃんと待っていて下さりホテルにも快適に行く事が出来ました。 値段は、1700円でした。シャトルバスよりも高目ですが、ダナンからだと距離もありますしベトナムの町は、歩きにくいので絶対お願いするべきです。 部屋、冷蔵庫なし・ドライヤーなし（借りれます）ポットあり・スリッパあり・水2本あり・シャンプーとボディーソープあり・歯ブラシあり リンスは、ないので持って行くといいです。ホテルは、シンプルで歩いて回るのにも便利! 近くのアイスクリーム屋さん、とても美味しいです。 モーニングは、7:30からでメニューも色々ありどれも美味しかったです。

シャワーは最高
シャワーが最高に良かったです！！！全館&全室喫煙可です。よって、タバコ臭いです。 シャワーにこだわりある方にオススメです。そうでないなら他所がいいかと思います。基本的にスタッフはドライですが、悪い人じゃなさそうです。

이런형태의 숙박은 첨이라 뭐라고 단정은 짓지못하겠다. 주인가족들과 홈쉐어를 하는 기분? 하지만 우리가 생각하는 낭만 로망적인 차원과 멀다. 단지 방만 빌려 쓰는것뿐. 아침식사는 단품이며 바게트와 오믈렛 쥬스 끝. 주인에 비해서 여직원은 상당히 친절하다. 최대한 숙박손님을 배려하려고 한다. 단 일찍 퇴근한다. 중심가와는 걸어다닐만 하다 15~20분 정도 밤늦게 도착하믄 큰 철제문이 닫혀있다.

L'hôtel est simple mais confortable. Il est très bien situé, proche du centre historique à pied, tout en étant dans une ruelle calme et à l'écart de la circulation. Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger.

ゲストハウスとしては◎
数々のゲストハウスに泊まってきましたが、上位に入るくらい良かったです。 清潔で、ちゃんとシャワーも出るし。 何より、ロビーでツアーバスをしばらく待っていると「バスがちゃんと来るか電話してあげる」と進んで電話してくれる等、気遣いもしてくれました。 またホイアンに来る機会があったら利用したいと思わせるホテルでした。

値段の割にいいホテル

진짜별루예요
세명에서방문했는데 2인기준으로셋팅되어있어 추가를문의했는데 무조건안된다하고 헤어드라이기비치안되있구여 사이트에적혀있는서비스들이안되는게거진대부분이였어여 한가족이모두직원으로일하시는데진짜진짜엄청불친절합니다~ㅡㅡ완전비추예요~

静かな立地、優しいスタッフがいる綺麗なホテル
家族経営をされているホテルです。 スタッフはみんなとても優しくしてくれました。 細かな気配りができるスタッフで、英語も問題なく話せます。 部屋はとても清潔でした。 水周りも問題なかったです。 Wi-Fiも高速です。 バスタオル、タオル、アメニティも付いています。 ドライヤーが付いていたのですが、使っていると突然白煙が出て火が出ました。 びっくりしましたが、すぐに新しいものと交換してくれました。 何故壊れたかは不明です。 私は利用していませんが、貸し自転車あり。 ホイアンの中心部からは徒歩約10分。 ローカルバスステーションまでは徒歩約20分。 ホイアン名物のホワイトローズ本店までは徒歩約10分。 有名なツアー会社シンツーリストまでは徒歩約7〜8分。 周囲にランドリーのお店やミニマートあり。 レストラン、マッサージ店もあります。 日中、夜間共に静かでした。 ベッドが固いと口コミにありましたが、私は問題なかったです。 良く眠れました。 また、ホイアンに滞在する時は利用したいと思います。
