Nice
We didn’t end up staying here, they “up graded” us to their villa accomodation. It was very nice but further out. If you don’t want to be walking extra 15 minutes just say no to changing.

I had a pleasant stay at Eden Homestay. Room was pretty spacious, air-con worked well and wi-fi was OK. The price was low so I think the value for money was outstanding.

Lovely hotel and room, friendly staff and in a good location walking distance to old town and biking distance to the beach. Probably the nicest hotel we stayed at in Vietnam however one issue is that there is not a member of staff on reception and you have to use the phone to ring them to come. Also they would close the shutters at approx 10pm so if you had to rely on someone waking up to let you in if you wished to stay out later than that. Overall a very enjoyable stay apart from them two things but for the price would definitely recommend and i would stay again.

Great place to stay!
Eden Honesty was a great place to stay. Very good location, close to where you want to be when you go to Hoi An. The room was clean and had a really huge bed. The owners of the place were very nice and easy to deal with.

Most personal and accommodating experience in Asia
We had a lovely stay at Eden, we ended up booking a second night because we straight away knew it was a lovely place and I wasn’t feeling well so was happy to stay and recooperate. The owner always asked how I was felling when she saw me, she helped with recommendations, booking a bus, taxi etc. She even decorated our bedroom for us as it’s our honeymoon. There is a computer downstairs that is free to use which was good for us to plan our next part of our trip. WiFi, air con, bed all excellent. Best shower we’ve had since travelling in Asia. Would absolutely recommend.

Convenient location. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the old town. Price is very reasonable for the quality of the room. Breakfast is very simple don't expect too much. My room was facing the wall of the next building so no view but it is very quiet at night.

Lovely hotel, great location, amazing staff!
Although some of the reviews were positive, I thought this hotel was going to be 'just ok' given the price... I was wrong! The hotel and the room were very clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of choices for breakfast and it was delicious! (try Lin's banana pancake!). The staff went above their normal duties to make sure every guest enjoyed their stay: flexibility with breakfast hours, recommendations on what to visit, bookings (bus, tours) - they even woke up at 4am to make sure the door was open for me to go on my sunrise tour. Re. location, the street is safe and isn't too noisy at night and the hotel is about 10-min walk from the old town. A little gem!

We stayed three nights. The location was excellent: walking distance to the old town without being in the middle of all the commotion. Staff were very friendly and eager to help us have a nice stay.

My Go-To place in Hoi An
Eden is a real gem of a place. Only downside is that it is 15/20 mins walking distance from the old town, but with taxi fares at US$1 one way to the old town, it definitely is worth it.

A modest clean and very homy homestay
We spent 7 days in Hoi An and made the Eden Homestay our centre of operations. The front desk, Lin and Na were super nice and helped us every way they could. We had their very copious breakfast every day which was included. Their internet worked and was fast. We were very happy with our choice. Excellent little place if you are traveling on a budget and don't mind a modest accommodation.

Eden homestay was located about a 7-8 min walk from the main old town, which was very convenient. Overall a very comfortable stay, cheap mini bar, you could rent a bike for $1 or a motorbike for $5. They were very helpful in helping us book a shuttle directly to the Da Nang Airport for 120 000 vnd per person. The free breakfast was simple and tasty. My biggest complaint is the quality of the room - the water pressure for the sink and shower were extremely low, and the AC poured water out of it when used.

Our stay at Eden was excellent. The service from the staff was brilliant, we had a couple hiccups which were sorted out perfectly. The room was large and comfy with a great shower and minibar. The hotel offered laundry and rental bikes/scooters for great prices which we would recommend. Location also good - not right in the hustle and bustle of Hoi An which was nice. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

Convenient enough and good value
The homestay is within easy reach of eateries (Com Ga Hoang, well rated on Trip Advisor is around the corner), convenience stores, a billiards hall, coffee shop and even shops you can get leather shoes/bags custom-made within a day. A bit of a drag if you're given a room on the top floor, because there's no lift. Breakfast is not the most tasty, but you can order a la carte and it's freshly made for you. I didn't leave my keys at the reception as it looks like someone can easily take it from the small basket. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful though. My food trash was not cleared after the first night, which was quite appalling...

Convenient location and good price
Good location downtown within walking distance of old town where there is a lot of great restaurants, bars, shopping and general sight seeing. Beach is also close by and short distance via taxi or scooter. The staff is friendly. The rooms were clean. The price was good. But this is a basic hotel without a lot of amenities. You get what you pay for but this is sufficient if you are just looking for a place to sleep downtown.

Eden is Paradise
We had a wonderful time at Eden Homestay. The staff were friendly and very helpful booking tours and suggesting places to go and foods to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. We would recommend Eden Homestay to anyone visiting Hoi An.

very good budget hotel
A great budget hotel, staff are very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast is cooked to order and it's very good. You can hire bikes and scooter for really cheap from the hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice and big. Its about a 10 minute walk to the old town so the location is pretty good. Would recommend here.

Best hotel in Hi an
stayed for 5 nights. management were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Cooked breakfast daily and an easy walk into town. This hotel is an excellent option with restaurants on the doorstep. Don't be put off by the price or the name. It is not a homestay, it is a hotel with only maybe 5 rooms. best of both worlds. A hotel experience but a homestay feel

Great quiet location
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us whenever we needed it. The location is a distance from the old town, but only 20k dong away by cab. Worth the hassle for the quiet are, plus cabs are easy to get.

Excellent!
Great location. Comfortable room and big, modern bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly; we arrived at 11pm and left at 4am and they were so accomodating and arranged private transfers to/from the airport which was appreciated. Could rent bicycles for $1USD/day which I would recommend doing. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Eden Homestay for 3 nights. The room was very spacious and clean. Wifi service was great, but TV signal wasn't. Staffs were friendly. No lifts though, but staffs helped me carry the luggages. It's not too far from Hoi An old town but have yo go by taxi. If you want easier access to restaurants, bars and shops rhen I recommend to stay in Hoi An old town.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The breakfast was very nice and it's the comfiest bed we've slept in so far. Air con was very good. Very big room with a fan there to not that we ever needed it. Good bathroom. Service was very helpful. Only one downside is we gave them some laundry to do and my white shirt came back baby blue as it had clearly been put in with my blue shorts. Not a major issue just prevented it getting a 5 out of 5.

Fantastic stay in the old city of Hoi An.
The stay was fantastic. The hotel is just outside the old city, but an easy five to ten minute walk. The room was large and comfortable and the staff was amazing. The can book anyvtiur you want, and also rent pedal bikes and scooters at a great price. If you want a relaxing, no hassle place while exploring this picture perfect town, look no further than Eden Honestly.
