good value but be patient with the staff
Good value. But The front desk staff keep asking us to book the tourist package/service which was funny. We requested to book a car to the airport. We are 2 pax but they asked us to book a 7pax car - what’s the point ? Our flight departed at 11am and we had to leave by 8:30am but they still asked us to join their tourist service for 2 hours at that early morning before we depart. Just found it funny. But the hotel is good. They set us to the 4th floor walk up. U may book lower floor in advance so don’t walk up that much.

Overall, I think this is a good place to stay at. Great location, friendly staff. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was also great. However, during our stay, there was 1 time where all the lights turned off because the breaker was triggered. They had to send someone in to reset the switch, which was in the ceiling of our bathroom. Also, our keycard stopped working after the second day, and they had to give us another card. Overall, it was still a positive experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Hoi An break.
Really nice hotel with a comfortable bed and good size room. Simple but great breakfast. Best aspects of this hotel include it's comfort, hospitality and location. Its a good value place .

The room was fantastic and the hotel in a pleasant location (not too close to the inner hustle of Hoi An). The staff were super attentive to our needs and helped highlight the key spots around Hoi An. Will definitely be staying there again in the future!

Exceptional customer service
Superior Room is abit small but has everything, Roof top swimming pool has a nice view, Breakfast is nice but still can improve, customer service is beyond expectation it is the best i have ever experienced The only down size is the fragrant of the hotel is abit wired it will be perfect if using more relaxing smell This hotel got only 1 elevator I wanted to emphasize again the customer service is the best of the best!!!

Great location! 5 minutes walking distance from the old town. The service was excellent. The owner, Ms. Oanh was very helpful with anything that I needed.The free bikes were also nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Not very clean but otherwise comfortable
Slightly shabby rooms that were not really clean. Floors were covered in bugs, other people's hair and dust. Sheets were not changed at all during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very good if you want to visit the old town, but overall it really isn't worth $70 a night.

Budget boutique hotel
Visited Hoi An in Oct and decided to stay at this hotel based on budget, location and reviews. Imo, the location is fine. 5 mins to Hoi An old town, near Japanese Bridge with many eateries nearby. Pros: Breakfast was good. The bed is large and comfortable. Location is fine. Cons: There's no lift available at this premise. The tiles in the bathroom looked old and dirty. The stench of sewage were strong at times. There's some ongoing construction nearby and the noise can be overbearing during the day.

Nice hotel close to markets and restaurants.
I had 4 weeks through Vietnam and Cambodia and this hotel was by far the best one that I stayed in. The room was very clean and tidy and the king size bed was super comfortable. The bathroom had good hot water and the airconditioner worked efficiently. The hotel is located about a 3 minute walk away from the old town which has many restaurants and places to shop but far enough away to get a quiet nights sleep. It has a nice swimming pool and an area with tables and umbrellas to sit around at the end of the day. Van, Oanh and Thao work in the reception area and can organize your day tours at very reasonable prices. Lai works in the restaurant, these girls are lovely and treat you as a guest and not just a number. The hotel has a private car for airport or train station transfers and the prices are comparabe to an honest taxi driver, I have no complaints about this hotel at all, and I highly recommend it, It will be my first choice if I visit Hoi An again. If you want to go to the beach a taxi will cost you about 80,000 to 100,000 dong. My personal choice was close to the old town as the restaraunts and shopping far outweight what is available at the beach. I like to thank all the staff at the Pavillon Hotel for such a memorable stay.

Comfortable, clean and like the bed
Everything is fine, the bed is so comfortable, staffs were very friendly and helpful. Only thing there is no lift to the 4 floor high hotel but the staff took care of my luggage. No buffet breadfast but set meal is good. Room is so clean and big. I will come back to stay and recommend to friends.

The hotel is clean. The room is in very nice condition for the money we paid for. It is very close to the old town. Just take 5-10 min by walking. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. The pool looks very nice in the picture by the actual pool size is quite small and shallow. More suitable for kids then for adults.

An amazing hotel
We stayed here for four nights in August and were really impressed. The rooms are decorated to a high standard and are very comfortable. It is also located just out of the main town, which is a 5 minute walk away. THis means that it is quiet but close enough to all the Hoi An has to offer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

旧市街から徒歩10分くらい。ホテルの前まで車が乗り入れ可能。 洗面台は熱湯がでるのに、シャワーはお湯がぬるかった。 自転車は無料で貸し出してくれるが整備されてない。ブレーキはきかずベルなし、ライトなし。ただ無料貸し出しがあるのは便利。 川沿いにあるが旧市街からは離れているのでランタンは見えない。

値段の割に設備やサービスが良く、エアコンの効きもお湯の出もよかったでし、す。旧市街にもナイトマーケットにも2ブロック程度。自転車も貸してくれるそうですが、散策しながら歩いていたら着いてしまう場所にあり、私は借りずに終わりました。

Altstadt in 5 Minuten erreichbar zu Fuss, daher ist die Lage perfekt. Fahrrad kostenlos zum Leihen. Frühstück gibt es Á la Carte, daher kommt es leider teilweise zu längeren Wartezeiten. Zimmer von der Größe ausreichend. Haben über das Hotel einen Shuttle zurück nach Danang bestellt, war nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit am Hotel. Service war ok, könnte allerdings besser sein.

ubicación limpieza y las bicicletas gratis.
Ubicación muy buena cerca de las cosas históricas para visitar. Muy buena la habitacion. Un tanto ruidosa a la noche por música de bares pero pudo ser coincidencia con el año nuevo chino. Lo mejor las bicletas que proporciona el hotel sin cargo. Cama muy y y confortable.

房間很細，沒有電動電梯，搬行李頗辛苦，河景沒有什麼特別，房閒價格偏高。早餐選擇少，但美味，酒店偏遠，行去會安鎮和夜市大約二十分鐘。員工很友善和禮貌，很樂意幫助住客。
