"Excellent staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Cook to serve breakfast! I recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard for a quieter stay. The rooms facing the parking lot are noisy with the traffic from the main road. "
"The staff was over and above, kind and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the staff. We got VIP treatment. Parking was easy. Room was clean and had plenty of space. The body wash and shampoo smells wonderful!
Checkout was a breeze. Hot chocolate was great, available at check-in and during breakfast -- probably throughout the day.
Breakfast sitting space was a little tight. But the food was good. A little more limited than the last breakfast buffet we had at a different hotel, but plenty to eat and a decent variety. For the price we paid it was totally worth it."
"Spacious room with microwave and mini fridge. Friendly front desk staff. There is some freeway noise that carries over, but of all the hotels in the area, this one seems like it has the least traffic noise. I had a room facing the outlets/freeway; I think a room facing the other direction (onto Lenwood Road) would be more quiet. Breakfast is basic and mostly carbs, but there were scrambled and hardboiled eegs, pork sausage and potatoes. For the carb lovers there are DIY fresh waffles."
