"Overall very kept property with one thing missing and front desk had no sympathy. My family was traveling with our daughter not planned, who needed a wheelchair to transport her from the front desk to our room. Front desk clerk didn’t even know if one was available and had to check with her colleague and then said we have luggage carts. Very unprofessional."

"The breakfast was nice, and provided a reasonable option for those of us who are on a time schedule. The hotel seemed to have a lot of over the road truckers and other workers who were staying overnight while on the job. There were also some retirees. It was quiet, and most of the guests were checked out pretty early. It's near the highway, and near an outlet shopping mall. There's also a lot of dining options within walking distance. I would say overall convenient characterizes this location."

"We stayed here with our dog on the last night of our drive from Texas to California. After the last few nights of iffy lodging and food it was quite a relief to find such a nice hotel - in Barstow! This hotel is very resort-like with a bustling lobby full of comfortable seating, music, full bar and restaurant. Our food from the restaurant was excellent. Every staff member was helpful and nice. Our spacious room was quiet and clean and the beds were so comfortable and there's tons of outside space for dog walking. This was just the respite we needed and we were fully energized for our final day of driving. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to all."
