10/10 Excellent
"I have to start off with how much I LOVE the kooky art work in this hotel. It made me want to walk to halls just to find more. 😂Absolutely loved my room! The jetted tub was so amazing and appreciated the balcony for a solo cup of coffee in the morning. Sheets were crisp and clean and the room smelled wonderful when I walked in. Wish I got the name of the woman who checked me in to give her a shout out. She was a sweetheart. Will absolutely stay here again if and when I visit Big Bear. 🐻 Only thing to know is there is a $20 a night parking fee to be in the lot. Worth it."

"Loved the view, very beautiful. No hot water in bathroom sink. Only one towel for two people. Balcony had tons of cobwebs that could be easily swept away by housekeepers. A little cramped, but still enjoyed the stay."

"Request a room upstairs, request a room upstairs, request a room upstairs. Despite an amazing location, remodeled rooms and amazing stay, my only complaint is how thin the walls are. We go to bed fairly early but people upstairs stayed up and walked around and played music until 2am. It’s not their fault but I would request the room upstairs if I planned to stay again “also request a fan because it’s wayyyy too quiet and you hear everything!!!! But again, it’s a beautiful location, beautiful rooms and for the price, I’d book again"
