"The staff was super friendly during check-in and check-out. The hotel and room were very nice for the price. It was conveniently placed in downtown Riverside so we were able to walk to our event. The only downside was hotel parking is limited and small but they do have additional parking across the street, which wasn’t far at all."

"This is our second trip to Bear Valley. Both times we have stayed in the same property. We love the facilities, the view from the room, the surrounding beauty, the pool, and the gym, among other things. Only two suggestion: (1)the carpets need steam cleaning very badly. (2)Extra pillows should have been provided because they are too flat."
