"I had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained. We spent a relaxing afternoon by the family-friendly pool, which was a great way to unwind. Later, we enjoyed dinner and drinks on the patio everything was convenient, comfortable, and the food and cocktails were exceptional. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was great beginning with the friendly staff at check in! The room was nice and clean - beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was good as well! They had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit! I highly recommend! Jacuzzi, pool and sauna was an added perk! Would highly recommend!"

"Great Little Boutique Hotel in Big Bear! We had a really nice stay at this boutique hotel in Big Bear. The vibe is super cozy and chill, with cool rustic touches that make it feel homey but still stylish. One of my favorite things was the walking path right behind the hotel, surrounded by tall pine trees it made for a peaceful way to start the day. The room was clean and comfy, with everything I needed. The free breakfast was a nice bonus and really convenient before heading out to explore. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. The location is perfect—close enough to town but still quiet and relaxing. If you’re looking for a laid-back spot with good vibes and a bit of nature right outside your door, I’d definitely recommend this place!"

"The place was amazing. It was very reasonable. We had a place overlooking the lake, which was outstanding. You could even go into the lake. It was getting warm and of course the pool!- the service at the bar restaurant was fabulous and the food was fabulous and reasonable. it was so nice to get away from The overcast in San Diego after three months of no sun. "
