"The location of this hotel is excellent. We loved the room with a small balcony. A small complain. our keys didn’t work because I was told the city taxes were not paid at the time of checking in. Of course it was paid otherwise you don’t get a key. They have a very slow hardware so the computer took us about 15 minutes to check us in. Staff was very pleasent and embarked for why the computer was so slow."

The service was polite, but it lacked the attention to detail and personalized care that truly distinguish a five-star experience. Overall, it's a solid choice if location is your top priority, but if you're looking for exceptional luxury and outstanding service, there are other hotels in Berlin that offer a more memorable five-star experience."
