"The food and the service in the restaurant was really good. The room was showing signs of incomplete maintenance. The swimming pool was too cold for us, and we did not feel like the area aroung the pool was pleasant. We felt that the first spa receptionist we interacted with was rude and not very helpful to spa newbies."
