First room smelled like marijuana, which was then changed to a different room that looked and smelled better, but its still kind of run down and when you want to relax, but dont want to be in that room especially when the TV doesn't work correctly. Hopefully they get remodeled soon.

Beautiful property…front desk folks need to be more friendly and helpful… when I checked it out plane was late so we were starved. I had to practically beg for a response on somewhere to eat… not helpful at all! I have other options and selected Virgin because of their reputation for excellence. I’ll try another hotel when visiting Vegas since your staff is borderline rude!
