"I arrived to be informed that they no longer take online bookings and therefore my expedia booking was invalid. They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. The staff at the hotel were friendly but very clear that if you online book they doi not consider it a reservation."

"The contact left on this property is not local and on set unswerving machine ( hello Monsir ) and there not call you back or answering any message you live them . I make the booking for 2 nights paid the money and not seeing the property when I arrived at touba Dialaw and asked where about the property no one know where is the property and no local number to contact . "I recently stayed at Pullman Dakar Teranga and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the quality toiletries to the fresh linens and daily housekeeping.
