The views were beautiful and overall the visit was relaxing. However, felt that there was a push for upgrades and extras after the booking was made."

But some issues: there was a small desk in my room, but no chair that "fit" it. When I made this reservation, I was promised a free continental breakfast. When I arrive, they no longer offer the breakfast I was promised, but offered no explanation or compensation. Disappointing. Finally, given I was on the first floor front, I was surprised at how loud the street noises were."
