Daley Plaza

My experience started out well, and I was enjoying my time relaxing in the room. However, that changed when I noticed something crawling on the bed. I immediately took a picture of it and went to the front desk. Declon informed me that there was nothing he could do because the hotel was fully booked. I understand that all the rooms may be occupied, but I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Finding a bug crawling on the bed has left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. I pulled back all the covers to inspect the bed, but I am still uneasy and afraid to sleep in it. The desk rep name that begins with D stated manager would be in at 12:00 noon October 19, 2026. I went down to the lobby to check out on 10/19/2026 . Spoke with the front desk rep who stated not supervisor or manager was coming in . However, when I was in the lobby waiting for my transportation . A gentleman was in the office . So I called the hotel and the gentleman that was in the office stated he was the manager. He came out to speak with. I ask him why did the staff lied to me. His reply was that he was sorry and that he would adjust my bill on the Monday. That never happened. I called the hotel the end of the day and Corey stated director left for the day. So I called today 0ctober 20 directly to the his cell phone he provided and he didn’t answer me. Then I called from my second cell phone he answered. He said the credit would be $75.00.
