"Check in was horrible. We waited over an hour to check in. Anatole grounds is always beautiful. The only complaint I have is that we reserved 2 queen beds and received 2 full beds. They were a little small to share."

"Arrived at the hotel and the AC wasn’t working (or possibly turned off) in the lobby and common areas, including the hallways to the rooms. I foresaw a motel change because DFW in the summer is not where you’re going to try out no AC. Pleasantly surprised when we entered our rooms, they were cool, spacious and super clean. Not sure I’d stay again purely because of the sweltering lobby and common areas."

"I had a wonderful stay at Kozy Hotel DFW! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. A huge thank you to Lorenzo, Mishi, Pedro, and Tyler at the front desk, as well as Mario at the breakfast bar. Every single one of them was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also delicious every morning, especially the make-your-own waffles, which quickly became my favorite! The hotel is currently being renovated, so there were a few small things that could be improved. Our room could have used proper clothing hangers, a designated tray or holder for the hand soap in the bathroom, and housekeeping only left us two towels after cleaning the room, so we had to request additional towels each day. The only issue that became somewhat frustrating was that our room key cards would deactivate once or twice a day, requiring us to stop by the front desk to have them reactivated. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives by a long shot. The outstanding customer service, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast made this an excellent stay. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This property absolutely deserves five stars and is definitely a hotel I would recommend!"

"We ran into a few hiccups during our stay and had to move to a couple of rooms due to the a/c not working. Overall, the place (while well-maintained) is a little older so the infrastructure needs a little update. The staff and the pool, however, more than made up for it. Thanks again to Jacob!"
