Check in is at 4. We got there at 5:30 and the lake view room i paid for was not ready for another hour. We had a concert at 6:30. They switched us to a street view room with no compensation for the cheaper room. Extremely disappointing when you have planned a specific weekend and the hotel drops the ball completely and tells you to deal with it.

This Mariott was spectacular and worthy of the Marriott name. Shout out to two employees in particular. Jesus thank you again. He walked a cooler of mine from my truck to my room all with a smile and could NOT have been any kinder. Jesus, your attitude will take you far. And a shout out to Maxine Jones who took care of an internet usage charge, again she could not have been any kinder. YES, stay at this Marriott. You won’t be disappointed

The room itself was older and musty smelling. We reserved a balcony room overlooking the lake, but were a little disappointed because the balcony was very small with only one chair. Walls were thin. The room had a connecting door and I could easily hear conversations coming from the room next door. Front desk service was excellent! Parking was easy and the hotel is within walking distance to the Toyota Music Factory. Loved the body wash!

Nice property in a good location. Terrible service by the people at the front desk, they are poorly trained in customer service and customer experience, after staying 5 nights, I was denied a late check-out request of 2 hours (not even if paying a fee), and one of the guys actually said: "because you booked through expedia, we cannot offer any late check out"). So if you are using Expedia to book a hotel, stay clear of Marriot.

Very nice property. Enjoyed eating in the restaurant and staff. About what we didn't like: Our room had plumbing issues with the sink and toilet drain. Maintenance did come the first morning and took care of the problem. However it returned the next morning and we requested a room change.
