"The staff was so friendly even though we checked in at 11 pm. Very nice hotel and such a great room. Close to the airport so the kids got to see the planes, but couldn’t hear a single sound from them. Will definetly stay again. "

"Perfect low budget option for an overnight stay. The airport shuttle is included. Remember to call them to pick you up at the airport. Once in the inn, you can choose a time for the shuttle to take you back to the airport the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, hangers, hot water, a working AC, and a comfy bed). Didn't see any bedbugs. The spring box cover was stained. Likewise, the towels and bedsheets had some small remaining makeup stains (I assume a result of bulk laundry). Overall, it met our expectations."

"For real your sending me a survey? I booked 10 days prior to my stay (thru Expedia) and upon day or arrival I verified your check-in end time of 2 am because I knew it would late. When I arrived at 12:20 am I was told my reservation had been cancelled over 6 hours prior due to overbooking. Others were still coming in and their rooms were waiting on them (big concert in town) but lucky me was chosen to be cancelled. Blame was that Expedia didn’t provide contact information but you sure got my card information okay to put thru an authorization. Hotel was sold out as of (Thursday) three days prior to arrival date so my 10 day prior reservation just didn’t make the cut. I believe it was selected because I got a good deal on price and an opportunity arose to cancel and get a better fee for room."

"This was suppose to be a pay on property, and free cancel before 10pm. They Charged my card for the full amount and woul not allow me to cancel. They have yet to complete a full conversation or by chat ,virtual, or by phone to refund my money. Any i didn't check in nor even stayed 1 night. The Property Manager was so Rude and Unconsderate .!!!! DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT !!!! WITH THIS SITE AND PLEASE CANCEL ASAP BECAUSE THEY WILL USE ANY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT. DON'T DO IT. ITS MONEY THEY QUICKLY TAKEN AND NOT SO WILLING TO QUICKLY RETURN IT. I WILL NEVER QUICKLY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!"
