"The Grand Hotel is in an excellent location for walking to the Historical Town, including shops , restaurants, a mountain view and close proximity to the cable car and walking trails to Doss Trento. "Stayed in the hot tub suite. Hot tub was clean and a large size with beautiful views of the mountains and the castle. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself was central to the train station and attractions. We stayed for the wine festival and had a brilliant weekend. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was decent with lots of cold food options. There could have been more hot food. I was surprised to learn that the spa entrance is not included."

"Great property with a big room and comfortable bed. I took the shared bathroom option which meant that I was always waiting to use it (even though it was only shared between 3-4 rooms). Parking was convenient, but a maze, so definitely read the instructions before you get there. Location is about 15 minutes from the center, but in a nice green area. Staff is very helpful. Trentino card is included."

"Great parking, expect other people don’t know how to park (leaving 12” of the car out into the lane makes backing out hard) so it can be tricky. Bed was more comfortable than in Italy so we were extremely happy to get some sleep. Breakers was nice, very continental and the BEST Eggs ever! Actually cooked instead of runny eggs. Will definitely book again for our next trip!!"

"Room was excellent, but parking info was a headache We stayed one night at this hotel in Trento. As Americans unfamiliar with Italy's limited traffic zones (ZTL), we emailed ahead asking where to park, but got no real help from the staff. It turns out this hotel sits right inside a restricted traffic zone, so cars aren't allowed to drive up to it. We ended up parking far away and only found out about a proper parking option once we reached the reception desk — which is actually the restaurant counter. By then we'd already left the car far off and had to walk into the city center with our luggage. Tip: if you're planning to drive here, sort out parking before you arrive, or better yet, avoid bringing a car altogether. The room itself was excellent — spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet."
