"After all the hype of this property our expectations were not met. There appears to be a lack of attention to detail. Floor of our room was ‘grimy’ and had not been cleaned to the standard expected. Dirty bed linen and insufficient towels or water to cater for the number of booked guests. Breakfast was exceptional as were the breakfast staff. Wait staff in the pool deck were often hard to find. A fair way behind the competition "

"Lovely people, great view over the lake and countryside beyond, wonderful room. Breakfast was outstanding. Really enjoyed our stay at Jetwing lake - which we used as a base for visiting the incredible sights in the area (Dambulla, Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa)"

"A beautiful Resort, wished we stayed longer to enjoy more of it. The only downside for us was the bar. If you’re offering cocktails, you need staff that know what they are doing. The staff behind the bar had no idea."
