To improve quality of rooms

The room was not what I was expecting !! Cleanliness was awful, spider in the room. On 1st floor no lift. But the breakfast bar was alright, good choice of foods. Free secure parking.

This property appeared to be decent however it was extremely loud due to the nature of access to the room via the outside corridor. People must pass by your window to get to their room and leaves very little privacy and is very loud. The room was renovated however it was very hot and air conditioning was turned off for the winter and the only window looked onto the corridor balcony therefore not very good for noise or safety. As I went to bed a cockroach scurried up the headboard which was the worst! My husband managed to kill it. The non smoking room had a terrible smell of smoke as it must have been used by smokers. It permeated fabric and carpet therefore you could not air the room out and get rid of the smell. Overall not a place I would return to considering the price.

2 chambres. Séjour professionnel d'une nuit. Climatisation Hors service en pleine canicule alors que nous avions sélectionné cet établissement en partie parce qu'il annonce être équipé de climatisation. Tout les clients ont dû essayer de dormir fenêtre et portes ouvertes. Lits simples à la place des lits doubles réservés parce que "ça les arrange" !!! Sidérant. Franchement, si vous souhaitez diner, trouvez quelque chose dans le quartier car la cuisine proposée est tout simplement horrible .... Hamburgers immangeables, archi cuit ridiculement petits et pain complètement desséché. Service sympa mais personnel complètement étranger à la restauration. Extérieur laissé à l'abandon, sans entretien ni goût ni envie de rendre ce lieux agréable (fleurs, déco .....) Bref, un changement de gérance par une équipe compétente ne serait pas du luxe ! 1 point positif tout de même, la gentillesse et la courtoisie de la femme de chambre qui nous a apporté les serviettes le soir (il n'y en avait pas dans l'ensemble des chambres)
