"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

" I had a good stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The location is great, right in the heart of the city, close to Times Square, Central Park, and many other attractions. Plus, there’s a train station that takes you directly from the airports right to the hotel, which made my arrival and departure convenient. Highly recommend!"

"The location was perfect for NYC marathon and room made up very well for our second night. Elevator/room keys a bit of a pain to use 100% well. Many kept having problems accessing their floors. Dusting could be improved for the not so obvious surfaces of the room. Lastly…placing a desk and chair against a bed makes it practically impossible to use? And a mini fridge UNDER that desk? Tiny room layouts need work. "
