    "Avoid booking with Q Stay Properties. From the moment we checked in, most of the apartment had an electrical issue. As a result, we had no usable kitchen, laundry or Wi-Fi for the entire stay. Maintenance managed a temporary fix that lasted a day before the same issue returned. Despite reporting it immediately, the electrical fault was never resolved before we checked out. Customer service was frustrating. Emails were often ignored until late in the afternoon, leaving no opportunity to respond..."

"Lovely building in quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable. The garden games were fun. Although there isn't a bar, as such, a good selection of drinks are kept in 'Mother Superior's' office and available via calling reception. There is no restaurant on site but there are restaurants nearby. Overall a pleasant stay. 5 stars would be achieved by offering breakfast even a continental type."
