"I loved my stay at the Kontiki beach resort. Stayed on the non-luxury side and it was beautiful. The landscape, pathways and pools are beautiful, relaxing and private. My only warning to other guests would be that on certain nights of the week that you won’t really know about in advance, you can hear very loud music from the bars on the beach and it goes till about 12 AM to 1 AM. Older than that, this resort really is beautifully appointed… The beach area and restaurants are photo worthy"

"The absolute best thing about the resort was location. The beach and water were the prettiest I have ever seen. The property met our needs with good specialty restaurants, friendly staff and plenty of loungers for all. The only recommendation I have would be to focus on the world buffet cafe. Better selections, keeping things filled, and some days the staff was not organized with getting silverware and coffee. This would not keep me from returning, we had a fabulous time and I recommend."
